Special attention should be paid to ensure that the fuel tank is filled to the brim when it is first used. Otherwise, fuel may not flow smoothly to the fuel pump, affecting the riding experience.

Q: Why is it necessary to fill the tank completely the first time?
A: After installing the fuel expansion kit, both the length and capacity of the fuel line increase. When the kit is first installed, the pipes inside are filled with air. To ensure there are no air bubbles in the lines, the fuel tank must be completely filled the first time. This allows the pressure from the full fuel level to push all the air out of the system. After that, as long as the fuel doesn’t run out, it won’t be necessary to fill the tank completely every time.

Q: What is the function of the fuel-resistant anti-slosh foam?
A: The foam helps to reduce fuel movement inside the tank, especially during aggressive riding, braking, or cornering. It prevents excessive fuel sloshing that can interrupt fuel pickup or cause pressure fluctuations.
